The following store policy applies to all items purchased from ChezMoi Gift Center (“The Store”). It covers returns and return
policy, custom ordered furniture, antique furniture and shipped items.
By buying any item from The Store, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this store policy.

Return Policy

Within 3 months (90 days) of your date of purchase, you may return an item to the store in return for store credit.  Store credits
are valid for 24 months after they have been issued.

Custom Ordered Furniture

Some fabrics and leather look different upholstered than as samples. Upon delivery of custom ordered furniture, please
inspect it very carefully. You only have 7 days from the delivery of the furniture to report any damages due to delivery or due to
color of fabric mismatches. If you have not contacted The Store or the delivery company within 7 days of receipt of furniture, you
are forfeiting your right to return a delivered item.

Price Changes

Some discounts are limited-time offers. The discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability and
our prices change frequently. We can’t confirm the price of an item unless purchased or ordered. If you have purchased an
item and have seen it advertised lower or higher after your purchase, The Store, and only at its discretion, reserves the right to
adjusting your purchase price accordingly. You are not automatically entitled to a price adjustment.

Antique Furniture

All antique furniture, furniture similar to the items shown under the antique section of The Store’s web site, is sold “as-is”,
without any warranty expressed or implied. Upon delivery of the antique furniture, please inspect it very carefully. You only have
7 days from the delivery of the furniture to report any damages due to delivery, or if you simply don’t like it.  If you have not
contacted The Store or the delivery company within 7 days of receipt of furniture, you are forfeiting your right to return a
delivered item.

Missing Items from Shipment

If you believe that you have items missing from your shipment, please check the order summary. In some cases, we split the
items into multiple shipments to reduce costs of shipment. If the order summary includes an item that is missing, please
contact The Store for further instructions.

Damaged Shipment

The Store uses the services of UPS for delivery in the continental United States. The Store also insures all the shipped items.
If you have received an item that has been damaged in the shipment, please DO NOT discard the box and shipping material.
Contact The Store within 7 days and The Store will send a UPS agent to pick up the damaged items. You will be sent a new
item, if available, or you will be fully reimbursed for it, if the damage occurred during shipping. If you discard the box or the
shipping material, or don’t contact The Store within 7 days, you will forfeiting your right to a replacement or a refund.
